Climate weighs more heavily in SBF 120 executive pay
88% of the index's companies have set at least one climate objective in their chief executive's pay policy, according to a barometer from the IFA, Ethics & Boards and Chapter Zero France. The direction of travel is right, but the groups still have room to improve.

As COP 28 opens in Dubai, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish their barometer on ESG criteria in SBF 120 executive pay on Thursday. In 2023, 88% of the index's companies included a climate and/or environmental objective in their executives' long- or short-term pay policy.
