88% of SBF 120 companies include ESG criteria in executive pay (IFA and Ethics & Boards)
As COP 28 opens in Dubai, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish their barometer on ESG criteria in SBF 120 executive pay on Thursday. In 2023, 88% of the index's companies included a climate and/or environmental objective in their executives' long- or short-term pay policy.

C’est, en résumé, le message clef du dernier baromètre de l’IFA et Ethics & Boards sur le sujet. Publié jeudi 30 novembre 2023, il montre qu’en 2023, 105 entreprises de l’indice ont intégré un objectif climat et/ou environnement dans la politique de rémunération de leurs dirigeants. Ce chiffre représente un bond de neuf points par rapport à 2022.
