Most SBF 120 companies build environmental criteria into executive pay
The new IFA barometer on executive pay reports that in 2024, 92% of SBF 120 companies said they included climate or environmental performance criteria in their chief executive's variable pay policy, long-term and/or short-term. That is 12 points more than in 2022.
