At the tenth Sommet de l'Économie, Challenges unveiled its list of 2023's best-performing chief executives. Axel Dumas (Hermès) takes first place, with Arthur Sadoun (Publicis) and Patrice Caine (Thales) completing a podium where each, in his own way, combines financial and non-financial criteria.

As COP 28 opens in Dubai, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish their barometer on ESG criteria in SBF 120 executive pay on Thursday. In 2023, 88% of the index's companies included a climate and/or environmental objective in their executives' long- or short-term pay policy.
