CAC 40: boards under watch

Boards continue to raise their game on ESG, say the IFA and Ethics & Boards
For the eighth year running, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish their barometer on responsible governance in SBF 120 boardrooms. More than 86% of boards now have an ESG committee, against 26% in 2015.
