"Corporate culture is stronger than individuals": Arthur Sadoun (Publicis), chief executive of the year 2024
On the evening of Thursday 28 November, closing the Sommet de l'Économie, Challenges director Claude Perdriel and publisher Vincent Beaufils presented the 2024 chief executive of the year award to Arthur Sadoun, chief executive of Publicis.
Croissance, rentabilité, performance boursière… Le palmarès annuel des patrons du CAC 40 ne prend plus seulement en compte les résultats financiers pour mesurer la qualité des dirigeants. « A la performance financière, nous avons ajouté un critère environnemental, un autre sur la mixité et un troisième sur l’équité, avec nos partenaires Roland Berger et Ethics & Boards », a expliqué Vincent Beaufils, directeur de la publication de Challenges, en clôture du 11e Sommet de l’économie. Et le lauréat de l’édition 2024 du palmarès, dont les résultats complets seront publiés le 19 décembre dans le magazine, est cette année Arthur Sadoun, PDG de Publicis.
