CAC 40: boards under watch
According to the IFA-Ethics & Boards barometer, governance evaluation is spreading across the CAC 40 — a source of improvement encouraged by the market regulator.
L’an dernier, 30 % des conseils d’administration des sociétés du CAC 40 ont été évalués par un consultant extérieur, et la proportion grimpe à 78 % si l’on additionne les trois dernières années : voilà sans doute la tendance la plus nouvelle révélée par le baromètre 2024 de la gouvernance responsable du CAC 40 et du SBF 120. Réalisée par l'Institut français des administratrices et administrateurs (IFA) et le cabinet Ethics & Boards, cette étude, qui fait référence sur le sujet, est rendue publique ce jeudi 19 septembre.
