Gender balance is improving both on boards and in leadership bodies, according to the second edition of the annual IFA and Ethics & Boards barometer published on 29 February 2024. "2024 confirms the strong performance of French companies, with 46.7% women on CAC 40 boards and 46.4% across the SBF 120," the study says.
