Corporate governance: more and more women — except in the top job
Women are now well represented in the governance bodies of large companies. But according to the IFA's new barometer, there is still ground to cover before they reach the chief executive's office.
Deux lois sont venues instaurer des quotas pour accélérer la mixité au sein des conseils d’administration ou d’instances dirigeantes des entreprises du CAC 40, voire SBF 120, qui englobe un plus grand nombre de grands groupes. Tout d’abord la loi Coppé- Zimmermann en 2011, qui a fixé un objectif de 40 % de femmes au sein des conseils d’administration. Puis la loi Rixain, en 2021, exigeant 40 % de femmes parmi les cadres dirigeants et les membres des instances dirigeantes à horizon 2030 (avec une première étape à 30 % d’ici à mars 2026).
