Nearly 30% of CAC 40 and SBF 120 management committee members are women in 2024 (IFA/Ethics & Boards)
Gender balance is improving both on boards and in leadership bodies, according to the second edition of the annual IFA and Ethics & Boards barometer published on 29 February 2024. "2024 confirms the strong performance of French companies, with 46.7% women on CAC 40 boards and 46.4% across the SBF 120," the study says.

En 2024, la représentation des femmes dans les conseils d’administration des entreprises du CAC 40 et du SBF 120 atteint "des niveaux records, avec respectivement 46,7 % et 46,4 %".
