For the second year running, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards examined the figures on gender balance across boards and executive and management committees in Western countries.
Top management: women still at the gates of power
Across the SBF 120, 13 women serve as chief executive and 12 as board chair. On executive committees men remain in a clear majority, though parity is advancing there.
