The second Responsible Governance Barometer, produced by the CGEM, CFA Maroc, the IMA and Ethics & Boards, shows marked progress in the governance practices of Moroccan companies.

For the eighth year running, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish their barometer on responsible governance in SBF 120 boardrooms. More than 86% of boards now have an ESG committee, against 26% in 2015.
