The green share of CAC 40 executive pay is rising
Pay components tied to climate objectives are gradually finding their way into the packages of France's large-company chief executives.

Une preuve en est donnée avec la prise en compte des objectifs climat dans la rémunération des CEO des entreprises du CAC 40. C’est ce qu’il ressort du Baromètre 2021 des rémunérations réalisé par l’Institut français des administrateurs (IFA), Ethics & Boards et Chapter Zero France, qu’un professeur des écoles résumerait par un encourageant «bien, mais peut mieux faire».
