Boards are diversifying their skills faster (IFA-Ethics & Boards barometer)
On 14 October 2021 the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards publish the second part of their barometer on SBF 120 boards, with an overview of the appointments made at the 2021 general meetings. The main finding: boards are diversifying their skills faster. Women now account for 46% of SBF 120 directors across all categories.
Plus des deux tiers des conseils du SBF 120 ont accueilli au moins un nouvel administrateur lors des assemblées générales 2021, observent l’IFA et Ethics & Boards, à la lecture du deuxième volet de leur baromètre sur les conseils d’administration du SBF 120, publié le 14 octobre 2021. Ces AG ont été l’occasion d’un nombre important de nominations de nouveaux administrateurs au sein des conseils, avec 214 nominations intervenues en comptant également les représentants des salariés, contre 170 en 2020.
