Cocorico ! La France est l’un des pays les plus avancés en matière de parité dans les conseils d'administration selon le dernier baromètre de la mixité IFA – Ethics & Boards publié ce 29 février. Cette année 2024 conforte la bonne performance des sociétés françaises qui comptent : 46,7% de femmes au sein des conseils d’administration du CAC 40 et 46,4% dans les sociétés du SBF 120. Des chiffres en légère progression par rapport à 2023 et surpassant ainsi le seuil de 40% fixé par la loi Copé-Zimmermann de 2011.
