The Wave association (Women and Vehicles in Europe) honours companies committed to gender balance in the automotive sector at its diversity awards. The ceremony takes place on Thursday 7 March 2024 at the Plateforme de l'Automobile.
Quatre mois après l'élection de la Femme de l'année, l'association wave (Women and vehicles in Europe) mettra en lumière les entreprises qui considèrent la mixité comme un impératif de développement au sein de leurs structures. Cette initiative vise à encourager et à récompenser les efforts déployés par ces entreprises pour promouvoir l'égalité des genres.
