Executive pay: are the climate targets serious?
Good news: climate objectives have finally become the norm in pay for the heads of SBF 120 listed companies.
Selon le dernier baromètre de l’Institut français des administrateurs (IFA), Ethics&Boards et Chapter Zero France, près de neuf entreprises sur dix consacrent au moins un objectif climat/environnement à la rémunération de leur dirigeant au sein du SBF 120. Cela représente 105 sociétés en 2023 contre 95 en 2022, soit une hausse de 8 points.
