Automotive: France ahead on women in leadership bodies
According to the 2023 barometer of women in automotive leadership, women hold 39% of board seats and 19.7% of executive and management committee seats. Within the European automotive industry, France is ahead.
Selon le baromètre 2023 de la féminisation des instances dirigeantes du secteur automobile, les femmes occupent 39 % des sièges des conseils d’administration et 19,7 % de ceux des comex et codir. Dans l’industrie automobile européenne, la France se situe en avance. La direction exécutive du groupe Stellantis comprend 5 femmes sur un total de 35, dont deux patronnes de marque : Linda Jackson pour Peugeot et Béatrice Foucher pour DS.
