Ethics & Boards and the IFA publish today the ninth edition of our annual Barometer of Responsible Governance across the SBF 120.
Alongside the themes examined every year — sustainability governance, stakeholders, board organisation, composition and diversity, and board remuneration — this edition adds a focus on the governance of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with European comparisons. For the first time we also bring the Asia-Pacific region into our international benchmarks.
As we like to recall, averages reflect neither the most committed boards nor those with work ahead of them. Governance is moving fast, and assessing oneself against these new terms has never been more necessary.
