Climate in CEO Remuneration Policy — 2024 results

In 2024, 44 companies whose long-term incentive plan had matured included climate or environmental criteria and disclosed their results, against 24 in 2023.

The number and share of companies reporting results by objective rose sharply: climate and environment, 40 companies in 2024 against 16 in 2023; quantified objectives, 39 companies against 11.

Among quantified climate and environmental criteria, greenhouse gas reduction is used ever more widely and remains by far the leading criterion, in both long- and short-term pay.
