On 25 March 2025, our chair spoke at the Marie Claire Think & Do Tank held at the MEDEF on "More women at the head of organisations". She noted that no SBF 120 or CAC All Tradable company has a woman as both founder and chief executive — a figure that illustrates one of the last glass ceilings: access to capital.

On 25 March 2025, Floriane de Saint Pierre, our chair, spoke at the Marie Claire Think & Do Tank — Agir pour l'Égalité, held at the MEDEF on an essential theme: more women at the head of organisations.

At the round table on the current momentum of women's presence in public and private sector leadership, she offered a striking observation: not one woman is both founder and chief executive of an SBF 120 or CAC All Tradable company. A figure that illustrates one of the last glass ceilings — access to capital.

She presented key figures from the recent IFA–Ethics & Boards barometer and joined the discussion on what holds equality back at the first rung of the corporate ladder, and on the levers for breaking through.

Her contribution brought out several major questions:

- The progress made, and the decisive role of legislative frameworks.

- The effect of chief executive tenure (typically six to seven years) on women reaching the top job: this takes time.

- What artificial intelligence will do to women's place in leadership bodies — for better or for worse.
