For this seventh edition of our annual post-AGM barometer of SBF 120 boards, we examine how governance at France's 120 largest listed companies has changed since 2015. With data to ground the analysis, the barometer shows France advancing and moving ahead of its large European neighbours on committed governance — ESG committees, transformative climate and environmental strategy, action on gender balance — and on the results of those commitments.
