Partnership signed for Morocco's first Responsible Governance Barometer
Ethics & Boards signs a partnership with Moroccan institutions for the first Responsible Governance Barometer of Morocco's large companies.
Ethics & Boards is pleased to announce that in November 2022 it signed an agreement to produce a Barometer with the Club des Femmes Administrateurs Maroc, the Confédération Générale des Entreprises du Maroc and the Institut Marocain des Administrateurs. The project will be a first assessment of responsible governance practice at Morocco's large companies, covering both companies listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange or making public offerings and companies holding the CGEM label. Publication is planned for autumn 2023, on 2022 fiscal year data.
