For International Women's Day on 8 March, the Institut Français des Administrateurs and Ethics & Boards examined, for the second year running, the diversity figures for boards and executive and management committees across Western countries.
The first finding: with women holding 46.4% of board seats at CAC 40 companies and 46.3% across the SBF 120, France confirms its place at the head of Europe's large economies.
